For more than 27 years, Gilligan Contracting has been a trusted name in vineyard operations across the McLaren Vale wine region. At the helm is owner and managing director Sami Gilligan<\/strong>, whose commitment to quality and efficiency has shaped the business into a year-round operation.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe basically follow the seasons of the vineyard,\u201d Sami said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDuring the growing season, we operate Croplands Quantum ISTs for fungicide spraying.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAt harvest, we run trucks carting fruit from vineyards to wineries, and in winter, we focus on compost and mulch spreading.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
