Quantum Classic 500

The iconic Quantum™ Classic 500 multi-row vineyard sprayers have been spraying vineyards across Australia for over 20 years.
Using the QM-500 fan, the Classic vineyard sprayer range offers a multi-row model solution for grape growers wanting legendary Croplands Quantum coverage on a more basic model platform.

Individual QM-500 fans for maximum canopy coverage, hydraulically driven from the tractor hydraulics or via optional Micro Power Pack.
Two QM-500 fans per boom arm.
- Two-row model: 8 fans

boom
Quantum Classic hydraulic fold boom. Optional individual left and right terracing kit and outer hydraulic row-width adjustment.
drive
Tractor-driven hydraulic oil supply is standard on all models. Optional Micro Power pack available if hydraulic oil supply is limited.

- AR-185 LFP as standard for 8 and 12 fan models
- AR-250 LFP optional for higher volume requirements

controls
Standard electronic controls. Two section (left and right) with pressure adjustment from the tractor seat.
nozzles
8 x nozzles per QM-500 fan, available in 80, 60 and 40-degree options.

tanks
High impact, UV-stabilised polyethylene tanks fitted
with separate flushing and fresh water tanks.
- 2-row available in 2000L, 3000L and 4000L models
- 3-row available in 3000L and 4000L models
chassis/axle
Hot-dipped galvanised chassis with single step. Self-steer draw bar and tandem walking beam axles standard on all models. Optional flotation tyres for low compaction solution.
micro power pack
Compact, self-contained hydraulic oil supply system designed to drive QM-420 fans independent to the tractor hydraulic system.
Improves tractor efficiency and allows smaller model tractors to power Quantum model sprayers.
Equipped with a safety cut off switch, the MPP shuts down if the oil level drops. Optional biodegradable oil.

Quantum Mist Horizon

Targeted, variable air for excellent disease control in difficult to spray horticultural, vegetable and row crops.
Featuring the industry-leading Quantum Mist axial fans, the Quantum Mist Horizon produces the same high-volume, turbulent and directional air as our best-selling trailed fan sprayers with the added flexibility of a three-point linkage configuration.

Five individual Quantum Mist axial type fan heads in 420mm or 500mm sizes, plumbed hydraulically in series using oil supply from the tractor, controlled via a soft-start and oil control plus distribution block to the fans.

Tractor PTO driveshaft to pump. Driveshaft supplied.

Standard pump for all units is an AR-140LFP (132 L/min), 0–15 bar triple diaphragm pump
controls
Remote mount, five outlet, UCM controller with pressure gauge and pressure adjustment.
nozzles
- 500mm fan fitted with eight nozzle bodies and ALBUZ hollow cone nozzles 60º and 80o brown and yellow fitted as standard
- 420mm fan fitted with dual spray rings. Five nozzles per spray ring – ten nozzles in total. Manual shut off valve fitted to each spray ring for low, medium or higher volume rates.
tank
800 or 1000 litre polyethylene tank with main access lid, filling strainer and drain outlet. Integrated hand-wash tank (15 litre).
chassis
Heavy duty galvanised frame with cat. 1 and 2 linkage points on 800 litre and cat. 2 and 3 on 1000 litre.
boom
Galvanised hydraulic ‘x-fold’ boom is plumbed standard to fold simultaneously (optional left/right fold). Manual locking self-levelling device integrated into centre-section. Optional hydraulic height adjuster and airbag boom suspension .
