TANK

High-quality 4000-litre calibrated polyethylene tank designed to ensure clean flushing and even weight distribution.

CHASSIS

Designed for maximum durability with a rugged fabricated chassis and hitch and heavy-duty single axle with 18.4 x 30” single wheel tyres.

Height adjustable hitch and swivel eye drawbar optimise towing balance and standard mudguards and mudflaps cut down dust and mud-splash.

BOOMS

Epoxy-powder coated booms in 18, 21 and 24 metres are fully hydraulic including hydraulic fold, hydraulic accumulator boom suspension system and hydraulic parallelogram boom lift as well as fully adjustable boom breakaways with 90° self returning boom ends, three-section boom control and a self-levelling device, which improves application precision.

Fittied with the SprayWise-endorsed AirMix® air-induction nozzles, these non-drip, quick-release nozzle bodies deliver excellent spray coverage with reduced drift potential.

In addition to being ISOBUS compatible, the Croplands Pinto 3000 is also compatible with Trimble, Topcon, Greenstar. Optional Trimble Ready with Field IQ module available for order.

ELECTRIC CONTROLS

In-cab electric controller with master switch, 3-way boom switches and pressure adjustment. Electric motorised valves are easily accessible for servicing.

TANKS

Both 6000 and 5000-litre tanks are low profile and easy to clean, featuring tank rinsing facility, large 50mm drain outlet and deep, full draining sump. Chemical suspension is optimised through dual-Venturi agitation, and screen filters at the fill point keeps particles from entering the tank.

These models also feature 5 section motorised valves (optional upgrade to 7 section) and are ISOBUS compatible.

BOOMS

Ranging from 24 to 36 metres, Pegasus boom options provide a smooth ride across any terrain. Shock from sudden wheel track movements is absorbed thanks to the parallelogram boom lift, hydraulic accumulator suspension and pendulum-type, fully floating self-leveller. Wing-lift available as an option.

Potential contact damage is minimised through the combination of adjustable boom-end breakaways, boom skids, fence-line protectors and protected nozzles.

PEGaSUS APPLICATION PACKAGES

For improved chemical distribution across the boom, upgrade to a stainless steel 1″ boom plumbing system with four major booms feeds. Boom tubes are bent at either 90 or 180 degrees to enhance flow for rapid auto-section response times and to minimise chemical residues or contamination.

Recirculation valve enables boom priming with every new full tank, while also helping to speed up the boom decontamination process.

250mm nozzle spacing upgrade

250mm nozzle spacings provide improved penetration in stubbles and better chemical distribution in stubbles and better chemical distribution in uneven paddocks.

More nozzles often mean more effective results on challenges such as grasses. Air stop valves, fitted directly to the nozzle body, allow rapid auto-boom shut-off speeds – even with high boom pressures.
